Saudi Arabia Blocks “Israeli” Mobile Messenger App Viber

Telecom authorities in Saudi Arabia has blocked “Israeli” mobile messaging app Viber for reasons Saudi Communication and Information Technology Commission says that the app does not comply with Saudi regulations.
And to be specific those regulations are that the messenger Istant messages are encrypted. It has nothing to do with the fact that Viber is an “Israeli” startup.
