Cairo Transport App Challenge 16th of February 2013

tiecCairo Transport App Challenge (Cairo TApp) is coming on 16th of February after the participants’ submitted projects to address Cairo traffic problems.

The Even is hosted The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) together with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and will be held at 1:30 pm in the Smart Village, Cairo.

More than 24 apps have been submitted during the last month of the competition. Among these the best 10 apps have been selected after public voting and jury evaluation and get the chance to present on stage, in front of a jury and a large audience, and show what their app is about.

10 finalists are:
Arkabeh (What Should I ride?)
Smart-GTS (Smart Group Transportation Solutions)
Beliaa … Mobile Car Mechanic
ShowMe The Traffic
Drivers Buster
Autobeesy – Feen

In this final award event, the top 3 apps selected by the jury and the most popular app voted by the public will be awarded cash prizes.
