Internet, phone services back online in Syria
2 Dec, 2012
Internet and cell phone coverage were restored Saturday to most Syrian provinces, according to the opposition Syrian pages on facebook, two days after a blackout shut down virtually all Internet service in the country.

Syrian government balmed the outage on “terrorists“ – a term used by the government when referring to revolutionist fighting them-.
The opposition said that the outage is done by the regime to hide their crimes from the world.
More than 42,000 people have died in the Syrian revolution since the uprising began in March 2011, according to opposition activists.
