Anonymous has taken down the UK interior ministry website which is called in the UK Home Office @AnonymouSpoo has claimed responsibility with tweet and called it #OpTrialAtHome:

We do not know what type of hack was this or whether it was a DDoS or something else however the @AnonymouSpoo is rallying to free recently Anon arrested hacktivist #Freew0rmer

UK government has been planning new internet monitoring laws.
