DirectFN “Mubasher” Appoints Ex- Bloomberg Sales Exec Tim Ferguson As Director of Sales for Technology Solutions

DirectFN , the company that provides real time , market moving news and other tools to analyze the markets in the Emerging and Frontier markets, and a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia based National Technology Group (NTG), has announced that it has recently appointed Tim Ferguson as Head of Sales – Technology Solutions.

Prior to joining DirectFN, Ferguson was in charge of Sub-Saharan sales for the Bloomberg product suite, Emerging Market sales at Fidessa and more recently as UK Sales Director for RTS, specialist provider of derivatives OMS solutions, focusing on sales in the UK and Russia.

His appointment is expected to bring his sales experience in global markets and across multiple technologies to Mubasher.

DirectFN™ products are branded as “Mubasher” and are deployed in some of the largest financial institutions across the Emerging and Frontier markets. DirectFN is also a provider of exchange information to institutions via direct feeds or its DirectFN workstation, which includes reference data, charting tools and other content required by both the professional and retail investment community in the Middle East and global investment community.

NTG also owns N2V one of the Arab world’s largest internet holding company and venture capital firm.
