Google Launches Egypt Resources Page & Tools #jan25
2 Feb, 2011
After launching Speak to Tweet service that enables Egyptian to record a voice mail which will be tweeted automatically, Google went ahead and launched a Google Crises Response page for Egypt.
The page contains Google tools such as Google Transparency Report which displays web traffic to Google services from Egypt, YouTube Channels and Speak to Tweet service.
The page also contains emergency, airlines and embassies phone numbers and Google Maps mashup that displays Protests locations on Google maps . Other info on the page are Google news about Egypt and latest tweets with hashtag #egypt.
Google has a missing executive in Cairo our friend Wael Ghomin, which we pray for his safety and release.
