H2O New Media Acquires Social Media Firm MILK

H2O New Media the UAE company that offers social media software and services announced 2 days ago that it has bought out Public Relations firm MILK from Olive Communications FZC in a cash deal. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With this acquisition, MILK becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of H2O and will be known as H2O MILK. In the press release announcing the acquisition, H20 said that it will along with MILK “plan to work to expand MILK’s digital PR offerings into H2O’s client base and deliver additional value to advertisers on H2O’s community platforms.”
