TechWadi’s Global Technology Forum Washington D.C.- April 28th
Following TechWadi’s Forum in silicon valley last month, TechWadi is holding a new version of the forum in Washington D.C. Bringing again entrepreneurs and executives to share ideas and consider opportunities in the Arab region.
TechWadi’s Washington D.C. forum is the only partner event to obama’s summit that is focused on technology entrepreneurship in the Arab world. The event will feature a number of business leaders and investors, discussing possibilities they have found in the Arab region, and how to promote international cooperation between start-ups. There will be sessions on how to accelerate entrepreneurship through the region utilizing a mentorship system; how education fosters an entrepreneurial culture; the state of regional investment; and how to define current high tech sectors. The final speech will emphasize the unique role forum attendees have in aiding and implementing the Forum’s vision.
Global Technology Forum D.C. will conclude with a networking event. The event’s Speakers include Fadi Ghandour, CEO of the transportation and logistics group Aramex and ArabCrunch Group Advisor; Arif Naqvi, CEO of Abraaj Capital; Greg Behrman, currently of Policy Planning in the U.S. State Department as well as many others.
