(Videos) Last Day of The Media and Telecom Conference: Mobile Payment Discussion.
During the second day of the 6th Media and Telecommunications Convergence Conference which was concluded yesterday in Amman-Jordan, We live streamed via my mobile few sessions, and we also held a mobile payment panel discussion between 3 involved parties from Jordan and UK: Janit Abdallah, Director of Business Development of PayNet a Jordanian based joint venture between Visa Jordan and Specialized Technical Services (STS), which provides regional e-payment processing service, Karmel Manasrah, Product Sales Manger-Telecom of the Jordanian Telecom and Enterprise software company, Eskadenia and Pretti Johansson Chief Wireless Officer of the UK based mobile banking and payments company, Monities.
How soon can the Arab world accept mPayment? Mr. Janti Abdallah Sts
And here is a 4 minute video covering some parts of Janti presentation (sorry for the low sound quality)
As for the mPayment panel, here is the 19 minute video I shot using my mobile (apologies that it was cut at the end due to technical problems.)
