Live Broadcasting Amman, Jordan Twestival 2009

12 Feb, 2009

Watch now the live broadcast:

The Twestival or Twitter Festival according to its website

does have similarities to a Tweet-up in the sense that people from Twitter connect offline to network and catch up socially. There are three key reasons to explain what is special about Twestival. 1) It is a much larger event in scope which involves teamwork by volunteers; 2) It’s open to a wide range of people in Twitter communities, so although most are still early adopters, you will find a mix of diverse industries represented; 3) The most important reason : the Twestival supports a social cause by bringing awareness and raising funds collectively.
