Sounds like a great event to put on, Adhere is a great concept and one that my friends have looked into, I think mobile marketing will be the next big wave as I see more and more devices these days and people are upgrading so they can stay connected wherever they are, I think it still has a few years to take over traditional wired or wireless connections but devices with larger screens and full browser capabilites would open the future up for mobile advertising.

Thank u ahmad, alkhawarizmy released KSearch: Enterprise, Web and Desktop in this event. as for WeNear the frame work was not buzzed and well known, so we offered them a chance. This year was the first one so we where not very strict about, but for the next time, we will chose inshallah only those who launch their products during the event, so we help them get the biggest buzz possible for free.
I wana say also that we welcome any step like any event that would support Arab tech startups in the region.

OK, I see what you mean, but I know for sure that weNear and Alkhawarizmi have been launched well before this event.. maybe I am wrong?

I am not trying to pick on that statement, but I really want our community to get over the following statements: (The first, the best, the biggest.. etc..) I think that they are not significant, and one can succeed without having one of those titles. Afterall, Google was not the first search engine

Dude u r wrong, this event is “free launchpad platform” meaning they have to launch in the event, in DemoCamp, the startup can be one year old yet they can demo, on ARABCRUNCH DEMO, they can not, they have to be new and launch at the event.
