Wikeez Received Seed Funding of $250,000 From Kuv Capital
Wikeez a Lebanon based new social entertainment web site has received USD $250,000 from Kuv Capital, the funding will be used for development and attracting market adoption.
Wikeez allow people to publish and exchange on their favorite subjects centered on entertainment topics (TV shows, movies, celebrities, music and sports).
In wikeez people can have a blog, socialize via social networking tools, and blog owners who write posts centered on TV shows, movies, celebrities, music or sport can submit their content where Wikeez will help them promote their stories.
Wikeez has not been launched yet, but English version is due to launch soon and Arabic version too.
I have not tested Wikeez yet, as I am waiting for an invitation from them, thus I have little info about their services. (waiting for an answer to my email from Wikazz team,) Though the site looks like a mixture of social/median. dwwen, HydePark plus facebook but for entertainment.
